Check-in was seamless, and Rachel's communication made everything easy. I loved the spacious layout of my Deluxe Queen Studio, complete with a sitting area. However, the lack of extra blankets on a cold night left me chilly, even with the heater running. It took too long for the hot water to reach the shower, resulting in wasted water. Adding a few more cozy touches could really enhance the stay.
